Ingredients:
- ½ scoop protein powder (vegan) (46 kcals, 11.5g)
- 1 whole egg (or 3 tbsp ground flax seeds mixed in 1 tbsp water for flax egg)
- ½ cup of regular milk or almond milk (50 kcal, 5g)
- 1 ripe banana
Instructions:
- Add the mashed ripe banana, ground flax egg/whole egg, protein powder, and milk to the bowl and mix all the ingredients to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and scoop a portion of the batter onto the pan.
- Cook until the edges of the pancake start to dry out, and bubbles appear on the surface.
- Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter until all pancakes are cooked.
