¼ cup chopped vegetables (such as capsicum, spinach, or tomatoes)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon chaat masala (or other spices)
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together. Spread it on a slice of bread, cover with a lid, and toast it on a non-stick pan until the bread is golden and crispy. Serve warm.
